To help with FLOAT DECORATION
Please arrive at 10:00 am
To reach our spot, enter on Balboa at Tulsa St, head EAST to Petit OR enter on Hayvenhurst at Tulsa St and head WEST to Petit
To help with COMMAND CENTER
Please arrive by 12:00 noon
We would like to set up a canopy on Zelzah for Tulsa PTA participants to watch parade
